Q. How do I play / purchase cards for bingo?
A. In order to play bingo, you need to be a registered member and should have funds in your account. This will make you eligible for purchasing bingo cards.

To play, just log in with your alias and password into the member area (My Lobby). From there, you will be able to access all of the bingo halls. You can join a Room and buy a card(s) by clicking on the cards that you wish to purchase by clicking on BUY SELECTED CARDS or you can choose to use the Quick Buy Option.

Have some important work but don't want to miss out on the bingo games. Here's just what you need!!!! You can prebuy your cards. Select the PREBUY BINGO CARDS, from the PLAY option. Just enter the number of games & the number of cards you want to prebuy for and you are ALL SET to play the games even you are not logged in. Money will be deducted from your account only when the game begins. Your winnings will automatically be credited to your account.

Q. How do I clear my browser cache?
A. If your browser hangs or freezes frequently, it may help to clear your browser's cache. To do this, follow the steps below for your browser and version.

Clearing Cache on Firefox
Click Tools and select Options. Click the Privacy Icon. Click Clear across from the Cache option. Click Ok. Exit and relaunch the browser.


Clearing Cache on Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0
Click Start, select Settings and Control Panel. Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties. Click Delete Files. Click OK on the Delete Files dialog box. Click OK.


Clearing Cache on Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0
Click Start, select Settings and Control Panel. Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties. Click Delete Files. Click OK on the Delete Files dialog box. Click OK.


Clearing Cache on Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0
Click Start, select Settings and Control Panel. Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties. Click Delete Files. Click OK on the Delete Files dialog box. Click OK.


Clearing Cache on Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0
Click Start, select Settings and Control Panel. Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties. Click Delete Files. Click Delete button accross from Temporary Internet Files. Click Yes. Click Close. Click OK.


HOT TIP for Internet Explorer 6.0 & 7.0 users:
You can adjust your Internet Explorer 6 settings to automatically clear the cache whenever you close Internet Explorer 6. Go to the Tools menu, and click Internet Options. Click the Advanced tab. In the "Settings" box, scroll down to the section labeled "Security," and click to check the box next to the "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed" option. Click OK to finish. This option does not delete cookies, but it will clear your cache of other files when you close your browser.


Clearing Cache on Netscape Communicator/Navigator 4.0, 6.0, & 7.1
Click Edit and select Preferences. Click Advanced. Click Cache. Click Clear Memory Cache. Click Clear Disk Cache. Click OK.


Clearing Cache on Netscape Communicator/Navigator 8.0
Click Tools and select Options. Select Privacy under Options on the left side of the screen. Click Cache. Click Clear Cache. Click Clear. Click OK.


 Clearing Cache on Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0, 4.1, 4.5, & 5.0 for Macintosh 
Open Internet Explorer. Click Edit and select Preferences. Click the arrow beside Web Browser. Click Advanced. Click Empty Now. Click Ok. Exit and relaunch the browser.


 Clearing Cache on Safari for Apple OS X 
Click on the Safari menu option. Select Empty Cache. Click 'Empty' on the 'Are you sure?' message box. Exit and relaunch the browser.
